Our extra virgin olive oil is produced from mechanical picked fruit grown in the cool climate of the Goulburn district (NSW).
The fruit is processed within 24 hours of harvesting and tested by NSW Depatment of Primary Industries at Wagga Wagga and certified “Extra Virgin Olive Oil”.
We are proud to produce such high quality olive oil from trees grown without the use of chemicals or fertilisers.
“Extra virgin” is the highest quality and most flavorful olive oil classification. In chemical terms it is described as having a free acidity.
